Our low, wholesale, discount prices are so affordable that most International dealers save on foreign currency even after paying expensive Priority Mail charges to their destinations.

General Information

Worldwide Wholesale Warehouse Inc. ships products the most efficient and safest method in the industry using International Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes. Through the United States Postal Service, you will receive your purchase in 6-10 business days with Priority Mail Tracking to insure your order reaches you safely. Boxes are offered in Small, Medium and Large Flat Rate and cannot exceed 20 lbs each in weight. In certain instances, more lighter, bulk product needs to be shipped in Large Flat Rate Boxes which will hold more volume but cost more in price. We do not offer International Priority Express Mail options.

We can also ship to your order via UPS International or even FedEx International depending on your location and the cost. These allow a variety of options even if USPS International Shipping is available. We do not ship via DHL or other mailing services, however, should you wish to purchase your own shipping, we do allow you to do so. If it requires a scheduled pick up, our address is located below along with our hours, which are from 8AM to 4:30PM.

Ordering

International orders outside the United States cannot be handled by our online system. Therefore, to make your order, simply email worldwidewholesalewarehouse@gmail.com with your full name, full shipping address, your telephone number (which is required by most carriers), and a list of products with prices from our website you wish to purchase. Please note that we sell using the Imperial System so we sell our products in pounds, not kilograms. However, the conversion is 1kg is equal to 2.2lb. In the subject of your email please write “International Order” . A customer service representative will respond to your order as quickly as possible with a grand total amount of your order with shipping included. Please note shipping may vary based on weight, location, and any tariffs and taxes.

Payment

Once you have confirmed your order and agree to our terms of service, we will then send you our Wire Transfer information. Due to recent issues, this is the only way we accept payment for International Orders. Please allow 1-5 business days for payment to clear in rare cases. Once your order has been shipped, and has been accepted by our facility, we will send you the tracking number for your order. If you have provided your own shipping, please go ahead and schedule a pick up from our location if you are using DHL or other mailing services separate from USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping Costs, Custom Duties and Taxes

In most countries outside the United States and Canada, USPS International shipping rates are:

Small Flat Rate Box – $ 42.80 USD cannot exceed 4 pounds.
Medium Flat Rate Box – $ 93.95 USD cannot exceed 20 pounds.
Large Flat Rate Box- $117.95 USD cannot exceed 20 pounds.

To calculate how much FedEx would cost, please use their pricing tool available here. The cost will vary depending on box size, box weight, and the destination country.

For UPS, they too, have a tool to help calculate shipping cost. Price will vary based on the box weight, box size, and the destination country.

For large bulk International orders, we recommend ordering in 20 lb increments.

By ordering from our International Shipping Department, you agree to our terms of service that Worldwide Wholesale Warehouse Inc. is NOT responsible for any Customs Clearance, Freight Forwarding, or additional tariff fees your country may require. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates and thus is completely out of our hands.

We require you to provide us with your full name, full shipping address, and a telephone number so that your country’s Customs Clearance may contact you to notify you of the arrival and/or any further requirements so that you may receive your package. Worldwide Wholesale Warehouse Inc. will do our best to assist should you require any documentation. However, we will not falsify paperwork or information for you.

Returns and Exchanges

Worldwide Wholesale Warehouse Inc does NOT offer RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on International orders.

Orders To Canada:

Currently certain areas of Canada may proceed to check out on our website. If you are struggling to check out, this could be because of your area. Please contact our office to complete your order via email. As we can not see what you were attempting to order, we will ask that you please tell us what you would like to order, your full shipping address, and any other information that may help us proceed with your order. Unlike other countries, Canadian orders may be completed via PayPal. It will automatically convert Canadian dollars to US Dollars. In 2023, the current conversion is $0.73 CAD is equal to $1.00 USD.
