“I just heard back from the other supplier, and they promise to get it out today but they said that on friday as well. I let them know if it is not out today I will need to cancel and order from my normal place (you guys), so I will keep you updated on if I get a tracking number. Geez, this is why I want to deal with your company all the time haha. I have used them before for other soaping items in bulk but never butters and I have to say I won’t ever do it again either. Thanks for being a great supplier! Either way I will never order from someone else again, and I will just have to wait till you guys have what I need in. I have learned my lesson 🙂“

Incredible Free Samples From Worldwide

Wow, I received the packages today with the shea butter samples and soft/hard black soap. I must admit the quality of shea butter is impeccable. The shea butter is really, really smooth and almost melts immediately when I put it on my hands.

One thing I noticed in particular about your shea butter is that it is solid, but still manageable. Even in the cold weather it is still manageable. I have received shea butter samples in the past, and they have been really hard. I had to mold them, and work with them in my hands to melt them, but your product upon touch was extremely easy to manage.

I have been so happy with the superior quality and consistency of your products and your service. Every one of my products have improved since I began using your shea butter. I have noticed the quality is constant, it does not change from one order to the next so I never know how my products will end up. That is a tremendous relief since the finished product is what goes to my customers and it would damage my business to offer inferior products. When you’re in eCommerce, you realize your vendors are your lifeblood. No raw materials? You’re putting your reputation, the very same built from blood, sweat and tears, in front of a customer firing squad. Quality, consistency and human ethics are cornerstones to my business; my customers deserve the best and I respect that. After having so many wholesale vendors bail on me for months with lack of product, I desperately scrounged the web for quality fair trade shea. I tripped onto Henry’s site by accident, and boy what a great accident it was! Not only did Henry break down how his products were made, different grades and dates when he receives fresh shipments, he further eased my skepticism with how the ladies in Ghana were paid, their working environment and how he believes in fair trade as well. I can dig that. To tie me over, I received not 5, but 10 lbs of raw shea butter with Henry’s thanks. Dude; the shea butter? AWESOME! Not only did it smell super fresh (like BAKED donuts) but the absorption is phenomenal! My products have a velvety creaminess that even I rave about, and I’m super picky! Hands down, the shea butter sent was the best. What could be better? It was half the price in comparison to exclusive wholesale vendors around the internet. Henry has a customer for life, or as long as he has shea butter. 😉
